What will we receive?

You will receive all final images in Low compression High resolution files sent by download link or USB.

Do you post process images?

Most post processing is kept minimal to adjust exposure, crop and minor touchups if and when required. For more complex post processing such as object removal, background swap etc please let me know and I can provide a quotation.

How can we use the images?

Although I would own the Copyrights to the image. All photography commisioned is automatically given unlimited licence with no additional royalties. So you can feel to use and distribute images as you please.

I may use some of the imagery / Printed / Digital materials for portfolio and promotional material.

Please ensure you have the relevant permissions and model releases for use of the images. I can provide a template model release if required.

How long should we expect to receive the images?

Depending on the size of project and required post processing. Generally the turn around for photography is 1 week but can take longer during busier periods. If you are working to a time constraint you require a faster turnaround, please make this be known at the time of booking and I will do my best to accommodate.

What equipment do you use?

I only use professional cameras and a variety of professional photographic lenses and lighting equipment. I also have backups of all my equipment. All my cameras also write to seperate memory cards simultaneously so images are also backed up just in case.

Are you insured?

I am fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability cover. Details can be provided upon request

Are you DBS checked?

I am DBS checked and can provide details upon request.

Do we need to go to your studio for corporate headshots?

Most of my corporate headshots are taken on location at the workplace.

Where do you cover?

I'm based in Bristol and Bath area. I will travel to most locations across the UK but travel and expenses are rechargeable.
